The 2004 AWT was huge success with great wind at all of the stops.

The numbers of sailors competing were also 20% up on the years before showing the tour is not only doing well but growing as well. The AWT is made up of 5 events through Asia with stops in Taiwan, Philippines,Malaysia,Indonesia and Saipan.

Robbie Radis (Neilpryde/Kinetic) won the tour but didn't have it all its own way and had to settle for 2nd place in two of the stops but Radis hit his best form of the season in the rest of the events as he took out the other three stops with a big margin.

Team mate Yoon Sung Soo, (NeilPryde/Kinetic) also sailed well to take out 2nd overall on the AWT and also managed to take a few rounds off Radis through out the tour showing great board speed. Yoon also had a tough time through out the tour fighting off strong challenges from Bo Ruamsap(NeilPrdye/Kinetic) who managed to get the better of Yoon a number of times through out the tour.
All in all it was a great tour enjoyed by all.
